CONCRETE PLANTS

Concrete plants are complex systems that produce a concrete mix of a given composition. As with asphalt plants there are distinctions between stationary and mobile concrete plants.

The main parts of each concrete plant are:

  • A mineral dosing system
  • A mineral transportation system
  • A mixing tower
  • A cement silo with a cement transportation system
  • A water supply system

Basic models of concrete plants are suitable for upgrading with different additive supply systems to improve the quality of the concrete mix.

Included in the AMMANN Group is ELBA, which owns several types of concrete plants.

STATIONARY CONCRETE PLANTS

These are compact plants for universal use on construction sites and in concrete or concrete block plants. This modular plant enables easy planning and adaptation to new requirements. The advantages of this plant are: cost-effectiveness, reliability, low cost, availability at all levels and a compact design.

They can be divided according to the size of the ELBA mixer or by concrete mix output capacity.

1. ELBA CONCRETE CENTRE EBC 30-60

This plant can have a 0.5m³ or 1m³ ELBA Mixer, which determines a concrete mix output capacity between 30m³/h and 60m³/h.

2. ELBA CONCRETE CENTRE EBC 105-110

This plant can have a 2m³, 2.25m³, 2.5m³, 3m³, 3.33m³, 4m³ or 4.5m³ ELBA Mixer, which determines a concrete mix output capacity between 107m³/h and 190m³/h.

3. ELBA CONCRETE CENTRE EBC 105-200 DW

This plant can have a 2m³, 2.25m³ or 2.5m³ ELBA Mixer, which determines a concrete mix output capacity between 96m³/h and 128m³/h.

MOBILE CONCRETE PLANTS

Mobile concrete plants are designed to be easily moved from site to site. They are typically used on construction sites and when moved they are easily dismantled and reassembled.

We have several types of mobile concrete plants

1. ELBA Supermobile ESM 30C

A 30m³/h capacity plant

2. ELBA Supermobil ESM 60

A 60m³/h capacity plant

3. ELBA Supermobil ESM 105 - 110

A 107m³/h to 121m³/h capacity plant
