CONTINUOUS ASPHALT PLANTS
1. ACM 100 - 140 Prime
ACM 100 – 140 Prime is high mobile asphalt plant that works on a principle of continous mixing. Time of filling as well as the time of mixing can be ajusted through the plant control system. Capacity of asphalt plant is from 100 t/h up to 140 t/h. Separation of the driers from the mixer brings big advantage in the process of mixing. Mixer is directly connected to the drier and it is constantly filled with minerals from the drier, filler and the binder. It is unloaded directly to the truck. Whole plant is simple, safe and completely managed by the computer.
2. SCC ColdMix 400
SCC ColdMix 400 is continous asphalt plant that applies the principle of the cold mixing of the asphalt mixture. The method of cold mixing is more and more popular because of the significantly energy saving. Capacity of asphalt plant is from 200 t/h up to 400 t/h. Plant ColdMix II comes equiped with the sistem of the foam bitumen. It is a mobile plant with the autonomous mobility. Whole plant is located in a few mobile units.
3. ACP 120 - 300 ContiMix
ACP 120 - 300 ContiMix is stationary asphalt plant that combines the best of both worlds of continous mixing. The plant has continous mixer that provides high quality and high homogenity of the asphalt mixture. Separation of the process of material heating and mixing provides simple, precisely and direct adding of the minerals into the mixer. Mineral from the dryer is continuously delivered through the hot elevater into the mixer, in wich is delivered the filler and the binder as well.
ContiMix plant has the silos of finished mixture and there are 2 types of construction of this plant:
1. mixer is located on the silos of finished mixture
2. mixer is located by the silos of finished mixture which is delivered to the silos by assembly line.
Initiation and shutdown without losing material helps reducing production costs to a minimum.
Capacity of asphalt plant is from 120 t/h up to 320 t/h.
4. ACT 140 CONTIQUICK
ACT 140 ContiQuick is mobile plant that combines the both worlds of continous mixing. The plant has continous mixer that provides high quality and high homogenity of the asphalt mixture. Separation of the process of material heating and mixing, provides simple, precisely and direct adding of the minerals into the mixer. Mineral is continously throughout of the hot elevater delivered into the mixer in wich is delivered the filler and a binder as well.
ContiMix plant has the silos of finished mixture and there are 2 types of construction of this plant:
1. mixer is located on the silos of finished mixture
2. mixer is located by the silos of finished mixture which is delivered to the silos by assembly line.
